Shipping Information
Like most people, I don’t enjoy paying for shipping! But as a business of one, I personally take the time and care to make sure that all of my products are carefully packaged and shipped, and I do not charge more than what I pay to get these items to you.
The best way for me to keep shipping costs as low as possible is by offering flat-rate shipping as determined by the size and weight of the package.
Most of my products push the limits of oversized packages, so it may be beneficial to ship to an office or an address with a covered entry.
As of 10/2022, shipping rates are determined as follows:
USPS Priority Mail: $10.50 for small packages
USPS Priority Mail: $15.00 for medium packages; and
starting at $19.50 for large packages
Orders depart from Oilville, Virginia (23129), via USPS Priority Mail. If you’d like to arrange a faster shipping option, please contact me before checking out.
At this time, I do not ship internationally.
Shipping Gifts
All items placed under one order will be delivered to the same address. If you want to send items to separate addresses, please place separate orders. This will ensure separate processing and provide separate tracking information for you to follow.
When shipping a gift, please add a note during checkout so I can include your message and information to the recipient. (I love making notes!)
Packaging & Unpacking
I make a concerted effort to ensure every order is packaged as carefully as possible.
Arrangements
I take great care to loosely wrap each arrangement in tissue paper and other protective wraps. Upon arrival, locate the bundle, pull it out from the box, and unwrap from the top. At this point, your arrangement will be ready for you to enjoy!
Stems & Bouquets
I swaddle stems in tissue paper for protection and then wrap them heavyweight wrapping paper. This bundle is then also wrapped and protected within the shipping box. The bundle itself is presentable as a gift, or you can remove the bundle and arrange them as you please!
Blooms may need gentle fluffing or smoothing out after shipment. Paper flowers aren’t as fragile as you may think—so as long as you’re careful, you won’t damage the flowers.

Order Processing
Production times are product specific and are stated in the notes section on each individual listing. Please refer to these schedules before placing your order. To inquire about a faster turnaround, please contact me before checking out. Custom orders will be shipped according to their pre-determined schedule.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted and as soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. I am not responsible for delays or missed deliveries by USPS.
Shipping Address Policy
Please note I am unable to make changes to your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
If your package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for cost to reship package to a new address. Similarly, make sure you use a safe and deliverable location. I am not responsible for stolen/missing packages marked as delivered to your address. Please contact USPS or your postal carrier for their assistance.
Refunds & Exchanges
Orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to arrange a refund or replacement. I will ask that you photograph the condition of the packaging and the noted damages for insurance purposes, so please do not discard any materials until we speak. All requests must be made by email within seven days from the delivery date.
Please remember that USPS controls shipping times once in possession of all packages. I cannot provide refunds for shipping fees on orders that arrive outside of their estimated delivery windows.
Cancellations, Revisions, or Special Requests
Given the made-to-order nature of my products, no order cancellations are accepted, and all sales are final. If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, or if you have made an error at checkout, please contact me immediately using this form or by responding to the email confirmation sent to you. I cannot guarantee changes to orders. If you wish to make special requests, please contact me before placing your order, and I will provide separate instructions as needed.
Workshop Policies
Materials
Any instructional workbooks and templates provided during workshops are copyright Paper Rose Co. and cannot be copied, redistributed, or resold. I kindly ask that you do not post these materials online in any way—this includes any social media posts that would allow the copying or redistribution of this material to non-participants.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the limited space in my workshops, and the high cost of materials and supplies, classes are neither refundable nor transferable to other products or future workshop dates. If you need to leave early or arrive late, please let me know before the start of class. If you have purchased a course and cannot attend, you may have someone participate in your place, but I need to be notified of this substitution before the class start date so that I can update my roster.
Exception: In any unforeseen situation where I would need to cancel a workshop, a full refund will be issued to all registrants via the form of payment originally used.
Reserving Seats
Workshops must be purchased to secure a spot in my classes. I cannot reserve seats (or additional seats) without payment in full.
